I'm currently located in the middle of Texas, in the middle of nowhere (practically), but have been able to get most of the digital TV channels in this area on the little TV. The picture has been so clear, you'd think you can put your hand through it to grab stuff. The TV frame is rubber (or so) and has been great for those times when you may bump it over (it does have a nice built-in stand. I have not used the remote. The auto-channel search is great. This TV does have a cable TV plug, so I anticipate using it for many years. The screen is "soft" so it won't be happy if it get stuck with a sharp object (hasn't happened to me, but thought I'd throw that in.). Get more detail about Haier HLT71 7-Inch Handheld LCD TV.
