I bought this product for my wife for Christmas. The second time we used it the antenna broke. (The instructions state to be very careful not to turn the antenna counter clock wise so we were and this is not where it broke.) I called the company to tell them the part broke and I'd like a new antenna. The item was within the 1 year warranty. The company told me the antenna was not covered because it was a customer replaceable part. I ask to speak to a supervisor 4 times and was told the same thing each time.
