I have been playing with Haier for about 2 days now and can receive half dozen HD digital TV stations on a plain ordinary pair of rabbit ears without amplification. But thats besides the point. When the signal is "good", the picture is excellent. HD or whatever, the pictures is clear, sharpe and solid. I don't see anything negetive to say about it especially what price it it sells for. I would highly recommend anyone to buy this portable tv, but be warned, a better antenna or location helps. Though, the single antenna bearly picks up any station, neither did my other hand held portable tv.
