I am very pleased with this TV. The picture is very sharp and setup is very easy. I do agree with other reviewers that the single pole antenna is woefully inadequate. After hooking it up to a basic set of rabbit ears, the local TV stations are quite clear. As of this time, I have not tried to operate it on battery alone for longer than five minutes to test it.
