I purchased two of these TV's around the same time, one as a gift, one for my use. The first functioned properly for several days then completely shut down. The 2nd lasted one day and it also just stopped functioning, thankfully I had not yet given as a gift. I purchased these item based on published good reviews. It could be a defective batch, not sure why they both died. Nonetheless, I personally would not recommend this product to anyone. I sent both back and ordered a larger Toshiba 15" unit.
