All of you who think this is a great TV are the lucky ones. Just wait until you get a Haier product that doesn't work...I have been trying to get a replacement for this tv since March, 2009. Their customer service people are complete jerks and now they say they didn't receive the returned tv so they can send me a new one...I sent it to them with the postage paid they sent to me to send it back! Now tv is in LA-LA Land and they refuse to send the replacement. I was told by customer service that the problem with this tv happens all of the time and it is not able to be fixed and that they would have to just send me another one. TV did not hold scanned channels when turned off and then back on again. Channels must be rescanned each time and the tv says "no database." Good Luck to all of you who receive a non-working tv from Haier. Don't waste your money.
