
I purchased this television to replace the black and white I have in my office. I was so excited to have a color television! Well, when I got it, I was only able to pick up one channel with the antenna that was provided. So, I go spend $20 for another antenna and I get about four additional channels. Just as I was getting use to being able to watch a pretty good picture and in color no less, the screen goes white and I am unable to turn the channel or adjust the volume. I called Haier to get some troubleshooting asistance and was told right away I have a bad unit. I was not pleased, but okay, it happens. I was then told I had to pay shipping of $14.99 to get the replacement unit. My question is why should I have to pay you anything if YOUR unit is deffective?
