I bought this product as a present for my husband who wanted to use it out on the back deck and in his workroom. We were only able to get 2 channels clearly, all the others either were very fuzzy or gave us an error message. We tried it in various locations around the house & outside & tried to connect rabbit ear antenna to it but it did not help.
