I purchased this tv as a backup because it could be used if the power went out (during storms!)and when traveling. I had a to purchase a stronger antenna because the one that comes with it doesn't pull in channels very good. I also had trouble getting it to scan but I called the Haier tech support number and the guy led me through it in just a few minutes!! I'm not much of a tech!!
