I have been looking for a product just like this all over stores and on the net, I live in Texas and in the DFW area and we get alot of storms out here and not to long ago we were in the dark under tornado watch and we didn't know what was going on until we heard the sirens going off thats the reason I got this tv. First we saw in a few shoppers/store ads like Jcpenny's and Fry's had two tv's like this they look so rinky dinky and not worth the money. So i keep looking around and this one looks so nice and it looked like a normal flat screen tv bought 2 of them one for me and one for my mother both picked up over 30 channels on the scan. It looks amazing the quality is just as i expected. As for the comments on here of not getting any channels I guess it really depends where you live because I got all of them including HD channels in my area.
