I live in a metropolitan area so I figured this little TV would be perfect; wrong, I never could receive a decent pictue or sound. I purchased the TV, it didn't work, I returned it and was shipped another and it didn't work either, now I'm in the process of returning the second one. I called the help desk for Haier and it appeared that I was doing everything properly but still nothing.
